EXERCISE 1

Position: Squeeze a tennis ball or other gripping device with all fingers.
Weight Used: None.
Action: Apply moderate-intensity grip. Hold 2 to 3 seconds. Release.
Repetitions: Up to 15 times, 6 to 8 times a day.
EXERCISE 2
----------
Same as Exercise 1, but squeeze with one finger at a time.
EXERCISE 3
----------
Begin when Exercises 1 and 2 can be performed without hand pain. Same as Exercise 1, but increase frequency and intensity of grip to correspond to increased strength.
